TT301 is a precision-engineered microporous annealed particle (MAP) hydrogel scaffold developed by Tempo Therapeutics for tissue regeneration and the treatment of complex wounds. The technology utilizes monodisperse microgel beads that are annealed in situ to form an interconnected pore network, which facilitates immediate cellular infiltration and rapid vascularization. TT301 is designed to modulate the wound microenvironment by promoting a pro-regenerative immune response, specifically shifting the local macrophage population toward an M2 phenotype. This mechanism aims to accelerate healing and reduce scarring in complex surgical wounds and other full-thickness skin injuries.
