Overview

TT401 is an investigational tissue-engineering scaffold developed by Tempo Therapeutics for use in head and neck surgical procedures. It is based on the company's proprietary Microporous Annealed Particle (MAP) technology, which utilizes flowable, synthetic hydrogel micro-particles that anneal in situ to form a stable, interconnected microporous scaffold. Unlike traditional bulk hydrogels, the MAP structure provides immediate porosity that facilitates rapid host cell infiltration, nutrient diffusion, and vascularization. This technology is designed to modulate the local immune environment, promoting regenerative healing and reducing the formation of fibrotic scar tissue at the surgical site. TT401 is part of a pipeline of MAP-based products intended for various tissue repair and reconstruction applications.
