TT403 is an investigational regenerative medicine candidate developed by Tempo Therapeutics, utilizing the company's proprietary Microporous Annealed Particle (MAP) scaffold technology. The MAP platform consists of injectable, micro-scale hydrogel particles that anneal in situ to form a stable, highly porous scaffold. Unlike traditional non-porous hydrogels, the MAP architecture allows for immediate cellular infiltration and nutrient exchange, which significantly accelerates tissue integration and healing. Mechanistically, the scaffold is designed to modulate the local immune environment, specifically promoting the polarization of macrophages from a pro-inflammatory M1 phenotype to a pro-regenerative M2 phenotype. TT403 is currently in the preclinical/IND-enabling stage, focused on applications within tissue engineering and complex tissue repair.
