Overview

TTX335 (also referred to as TTX335o) is an experimental therapeutic candidate being developed by Temple Therapeutics for the treatment of ovarian cancer. It is the therapeutic component of a theranostic program that includes a companion diagnostic, TTX335oDx, designed to identify patients most likely to benefit from the treatment. TTX335 is designed to reprogram the tumor microenvironment (TME) by targeting the extracellular matrix (ECM) and fibrosis-related signaling pathways. Specifically, Temple Therapeutics focuses on the modulation of **Connective Tissue Growth Factor (CCN2/CTGF)**, a protein that plays a critical role in tissue remodeling, fibrosis, and the survival of cancer cells within the TME. By inhibiting CCN2, TTX335 aims to overcome chemoresistance and limit tumor progression in ovarian cancer patients.
