Overview

A combination therapy consisting of tucidinostat, a novel, orally active benzamide class HDAC inhibitor that selectively targets HDAC1, HDAC2, HDAC3, and HDAC10, and etoposide, a chemotherapeutic agent commonly used in various cancer treatments. This combination has shown synergistic effects in vitro and additive effects in vivo, and is being investigated for various cancer indications including NK/T-cell lymphoma, neuroblastoma, and neuroendocrine tumors/carcinomas.
