Overview

TUL321 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of complement Factor B (CFB), developed by Zhuhai United Laboratories for the treatment of paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH). By targeting Factor B, a key protease in the alternative complement pathway, TUL321 aims to prevent the formation of the C3 convertase, thereby inhibiting both intravascular and extravascular hemolysis. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics in healthy volunteers and patients with PNH.
