Overview

**TumoCure** is an investigational, biodegradable polymer-based sustained-release gel formulation containing cisplatin at 100 mg/mL. Developed by IntraGel Therapeutics for local intratumoral chemotherapy, it is designed to provide prolonged tumor-local cisplatin exposure while reducing systemic platinum exposure and associated toxicity relative to intravenous cisplatin. It is being evaluated as a single intratumoral injection for progressive or radio-resistant head and neck tumors, with preclinical evidence supporting use alone and in combination with radiotherapy.
