Tumor killer cells (TKC) are an adoptive cell therapy consisting of mixed cultures of two innate immune cells: natural killer (NK) cells and gamma delta T (γδT) cells. These cells are co-activated and co-cultured ex-vivo using a specific TKC technology. The adoptive transfer of TKC is designed to exert a strong anti-tumor effect through the synergistic action of NK cells and γδT cells. It is being investigated for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
