Overview

Tumor neoantigen antibody is a fully human monoclonal antibody program being developed by EliteImmune for the treatment of neoantigen-positive cancers. Isolated from rare elite controllers (patients who spontaneously control or recover from diseases), this antibody is designed to target specific tumor neoantigens—highly immunogenic, tumor-specific proteins arising from somatic mutations in cancer cells. By binding to these neoantigens, the antibody mediates passive immunotherapy to exert a targeted anti-tumor effect while sparing normal, healthy tissues.
