Overview

Tumor polypeptide pool induced DC-CTL cells is an investigational autologous cell-based immunotherapy developed by Zhengzhou Revo-Gene Technology. The therapy involves the ex vivo induction and activation of dendritic cells (DCs) using a pool of tumor-specific mutated polypeptides (neoantigens). These activated DCs are then used to prime and expand cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTLs) from the patient's own blood. The resulting DC-CTL cell preparation is re-infused into the patient, where the CTLs are directed to recognize and eliminate tumor cells presenting the specific mutated antigens via HLA molecules. This approach is currently being evaluated in real-world exploratory clinical studies for the treatment of various solid tumors, including colorectal, lung, and liver cancers.
