Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Tumor Treatment Vaccine** is an investigational, complex bacterial immunotherapy developed by Wuxi People's Hospital for relapsed and refractory advanced solid tumors. The product contains bacterial vaccine components from *Bordetella pertussis*, typhoid/paratyphoid A/B organisms, and *Staphylococcus aureus*, together with diphtheria and tetanus toxoid components and immunostimulatory adjuvants including polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid, glucan, and fat emulsion. It is intended to induce broad innate and adaptive antitumor immune activation rather than selectively inhibit a single tumor target. Wuxi People's Hospital has registered studies of TTV, including Neo-BCV as an alternative name, as monotherapy and in combination with PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors for recurrent, refractory advanced solid tumors.
