Overview

Tuvonralimab is one of two unique monoclonal antibodies that constitute QL1706, a bifunctional PD-1/CTLA-4 antibody developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. QL1706 is designed as a synergistic dual immunotherapy for advanced solid tumors. It has shown promising anti-tumor activity in non-small cell lung cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and cervical cancer, and received conditional approval for cervical cancer in China in September 2024.
