TVAX-008

TVAX-008 is a therapeutic vaccine injection developed by Grand Theravac Life Science Nanjing Co. Ltd. for chronic hepatitis B (CHB). It acts as an **immunostimulant** targeting **HBcrAg** (hepatitis B core-related antigen) and **L-HBsAg** (large hepatitis B surface antigen), functioning as inhibitors to these antigens while eliciting immune responses aimed at achieving functional cure, defined as HBsAg seroclearance (<0.05 IU/mL) and undetectable HBV DNA. Currently in **Phase 2** trials in China, including studies in treatment-naive, nucleos(t)ide analog (NA)-treated, and siRNA/ASO-pretreated CHB patients, with prior Phase 1 completion demonstrating safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy.[1][14]
