TVGN-560

TVGN-560 is an investigational, off-the-shelf allogeneic cell therapy being developed by Tevogen Bio for the treatment of tumors expressing the New York esophageal squamous cell carcinoma 1 (NY-ESO-1) antigen. The therapy utilizes Tevogen's proprietary ExacTcell platform to produce highly enriched, antigen-specific cytotoxic CD8+ T lymphocytes (CTLs). These T cells are engineered to recognize and eliminate cancer cells presenting the NY-ESO-1 tumor-associated antigen, a cancer-testis antigen frequently expressed in various solid tumors and hematological malignancies. By leveraging an allogeneic approach, TVGN-560 aims to provide a scalable and ready-to-use therapeutic option that can mediate targeted tumor cell killing. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
