TVGN 601

TVGN 601 is an investigational, off-the-shelf, genetically unmodified CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) cell therapy developed by Tevogen Bio. It is designed to target virally infected cells or tumor cells while preserving healthy tissue. The primary indication under development is multiple sclerosis, where the approach leverages immunologic cytotoxicity and T lymphocyte replacement to modulate immune responses implicated in disease pathology. As of the latest updates, TVGN 601 remains in preclinical development and has not yet entered clinical trials[1][2][3][4].
