TVGN 920

TVGN 920 is an investigational, off-the-shelf, allogeneic, genetically unmodified precision CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) cell therapy developed by Tevogen Bio. It is designed to target and eradicate human papillomavirus (HPV), particularly in women with precancerous cervical lesions. The therapy leverages Tevogen’s proprietary ExacTcell technology to generate and expand HPV-specific CTLs that recognize precise targets across the HPV genome. The primary goal of TVGN 920 is to prevent recurrence of high-grade cervical lesions and reduce the risk of progression to cervical cancer by eliminating persistent HPV infection post-procedure. This approach also aims to interrupt the cycle of HPV transmission, addressing a significant public health concern.
