**TX-944** is a small molecule inhibitor of Cbl-b (Casitas B-lineage lymphoma b), an E3 ubiquitin ligase that negatively regulates T-cell activation. By inhibiting Cbl-b, TX-944 enhances T-cell mediated anti-tumor immunity, positioning it as a potential immunotherapy for cancer. It was initially developed by Nimbus Therapeutics LLC and remains in early preclinical development with no reported clinical trials or further advancement as of available data.[10]
