Overview

TX103 CAR-T is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting B7-H3 (CD276), developed by Fuzhou Tuoxin Tiancheng Biological Technology (T-MAXIMUM). B7-H3 is a transmembrane protein frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors, including high-grade gliomas, while showing limited expression in normal tissues, making it an attractive therapeutic target. TX103 is specifically designed for the treatment of relapsed or progressive grade 4 glioma. The therapy is typically administered via an intracerebroventricular route (e.g., through an Ommaya reservoir) to bypass the blood-brain barrier and directly target the tumor microenvironment within the central nervous system. It is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in adult patients.
