Overview

TXP03 is a preclinical-stage small molecule drug candidate being developed by Genovyn under its Tripsovyn program. It is designed as a lipid lyase inhibitor (referred to as a lipid liase inhibitor by the developer) for the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). As part of the Tripsovyn platform, TXP03 aims to target TNBC independently of traditional hormone (estrogen and progesterone) and HER2 receptor pathways, offering a novel therapeutic approach for this aggressive and hard-to-treat form of breast cancer.
