Overview
**TXP1-oligo1** is an Ossianix preclinical oligonucleotide-antibody conjugate that uses a TfR1-directed VNAR brain-shuttle component to promote receptor-mediated transcytosis across the blood-brain barrier and delivery of an undisclosed oligonucleotide cargo into the central nervous system. The molecular target and therapeutic indication of the oligonucleotide cargo have not been publicly disclosed; Ossianix lists the program at the in vivo mouse stage.
