Overview

**TXP1-TrkB** is an Ossianix preclinical brain-penetrant TrkB agonist antibody fusion program for Parkinson's disease. It combines the proprietary TXP1 transferrin receptor 1 brain-shuttle VNAR with a TrkB agonist antibody to promote receptor-mediated transport across the blood-brain barrier and activate TrkB neurotrophic signaling in the central nervous system. The intended effect is neuroprotection of dopaminergic neurons and potential disease modification in Parkinson's disease.
