Overview

TY-3200 is a preclinical-stage proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) developed by Zhejiang Tongyuan Kang Medicine (TYK Medicines) for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is designed to selectively target and degrade the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) protein. By utilizing the ubiquitin-proteasome system, TY-3200 aims to overcome resistance mechanisms associated with traditional EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), potentially offering a new therapeutic approach for patients with EGFR-mutant NSCLC.
