TY101

TY101 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor on immune cells. By binding to PD-1, it acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor, blocking the negative immunoregulatory signal mediated by PD-1 and thereby enhancing T-cell mediated antitumor responses. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and lymphomas. Clinical trials have reached Phase 2 in China for advanced lymphoma and locally advanced malignant solid neoplasms. The drug is administered as an injection and its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary efficacy are under investigation[1][2][7].
