Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TYG100 is an active checkpoint control immunotherapy (ACCI) vaccine developed for the treatment of pancreatic and other gastrointestinal cancers. It is based on OncoQR’s modular S-TIR™ technology platform, which enhances immunogenicity by coupling a validated gastrin antigen with an improved immune-modulating carrier. The vaccine targets gastrin (G17), a peptide hormone implicated in tumor growth, and induces a rapid, strong, and clinically relevant immune response in all vaccinated individuals within two weeks after a single dose. Preclinical studies have shown that TYG100 elicits immune responses several orders of magnitude stronger than its predecessor G17DT, with no observed serious adverse events[2][4][7].
