TYK-00540 is an oral, highly potent small molecule inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2), developed by Zhejiang TYK Medicine. It also exhibits inhibitory activity against CDK4 and CDK6. The drug is being investigated primarily for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including breast cancer resistant to CDK4/6 inhibitors and prostate cancer.
