**TYK-00540 + enzalutamide** is an investigational combination therapy for advanced/metastatic solid tumors, specifically metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). TYK-00540 is a novel, selective small molecule inhibitor targeting cyclin-dependent kinase 2, 4, and 6 (CDK2/4/6), developed by TYK Medicines, intended to inhibit tumor cell growth and overcome resistance to other CDK inhibitors.
