**TYP04A** is a low-dose, alum-free formulation of an investigational bivalent conjugate vaccine designed to prevent enteric fever caused by *Salmonella enterica* serovar Typhi and serovar Paratyphi A. It was evaluated as a two-dose intramuscular priming and booster regimen in a randomized Phase 1 study in healthy adults. TYP04A is one formulation within GSK's typhoid-paratyphoid A conjugate vaccine program and is distinct from alum-containing and full-dose trial formulations.
