Drug intelligence / Profile preview
typhoid fever vaccine + Advax is a recombinant protein subunit vaccine candidate being developed by Vaxine for the prevention of typhoid fever. The vaccine consists of recombinant Salmonella typhi antigens formulated with Advax, a proprietary adjuvant platform based on delta-inulin. Advax is designed to enhance both humoral and cellular immune responses, including the induction of high-titer antibodies and T-cell activation, while maintaining a high safety profile without the inflammatory side effects often associated with traditional adjuvants. The vaccine is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
