A combination drug containing **tyrosine isomers**, **phenytoin**, **methoxsalen**, and **sirolimus**. Each ingredient has a different mechanism of action and therapeutic application: - **Tyrosine isomers** are amino acids, often relevant in metabolism and neurotransmitter synthesis, but not typical drugs by themselves. - **Phenytoin** is a hydantoin anticonvulsant used primarily for the management of seizures, acting as a voltage-gated sodium channel blocker. - **Methoxsalen** is a psoralen and photosensitizer used with UVA light in the treatment of skin disorders such as psoriasis, vitiligo, and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma; it acts primarily by intercalating DNA and, after UVA activation, causing DNA crosslinking which inhibits cell proliferation[1][5][7]. - **Sirolimus** is an mTOR inhibitor immunosuppressant indicated primarily for the prophylaxis of organ rejection in renal transplantation and the treatment of lymphangioleiomyomatosis. It prevents T-cell activation and proliferation by inhibiting mTOR after binding FKBP12[2][4]. No evidence was found for a marketed product or investigational drug comprising this exact combination; the description is based on the pharmacological action of the individual drugs.
