**TZ-102** is a preclinical, point-of-care ex vivo fucosylation product developed by TargaZyme for adoptive cellular immunotherapy. It combines fucosyltransferase VII with GDP-fucose to enzymatically add fucose to surface glycoproteins on expanded tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes and other therapeutic cells, generating sialyl Lewis X-associated cell-surface features that improve cellular homing, tumor penetration, and antitumor activity. In the intended TIL workflow, TZ-102 is added to the expanded-cell bag, incubated for 30 minutes at room temperature, and the treated cells are subsequently infused intravenously. Preclinical studies have evaluated this approach in leukemia, breast cancer, melanoma, and lung cancer contexts.
