TZT-102 is a preclinical-stage protein-drug conjugate (PDC) being developed by Tezcat Biosciences for the treatment of RAS-activated cancers, including pancreatic cancer and RAS mutant multiple myeloma. As the lead asset of Tezcat's platform, TZT-102 is designed to exploit macropinocytosis—a non-selective endocytic process used by RAS-transformed cells to scavenge extracellular nutrients—to deliver a cytotoxic payload directly into the tumor cells. The drug has received FDA Orphan Drug Designations for pancreatic cancer (2024) and RAS mutant multiple myeloma (2025). It has also been accepted into the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Experimental Therapeutics (NExT) Program and received multiple SBIR awards to support its advancement toward an Investigational New Drug (IND) application.
