Drug intelligence / Profile preview
U-Signal is a cell-free regenerative medicine product consisting of a highly purified culture supernatant derived from human exfoliated deciduous-tooth dental pulp stem cells (SHED-CM). Developed by U-Factor and clinically utilized by Hitonowa Medical, U-Signal contains over 2,500 proteins, cytokines, and growth factors (including VEGF, HGF, and MCP-1), as well as exosomes. It is designed to modulate neural and surrounding cellular environments, promoting neuroprotection, nerve regeneration, and tissue repair. U-Signal is administered via intravenous drip, intranasal spray, or intramuscular injection, and is being investigated and clinically applied for various neurodegenerative and inflammatory conditions, including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), post-stroke sequelae, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and rheumatoid arthritis.
