Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a combination of three monoclonal antibodies: - **Ubamatamab (REGN4018)** is an investigational bispecific antibody targeting MUC16 (CA125) and CD3, designed to engage T cells for anti-tumor immune responses against MUC16-expressing cancer cells, especially in ovarian cancer. - **Cemiplimab (REGN2810, brand name Libtayo)** is a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) receptor, functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to restore T cell activity against tumor cells. - **Fianlimab (REGN3767)** is a human monoclonal antibody that targets lymphocyte activation gene-3 (LAG-3), another checkpoint receptor, to further enhance T cell immune responses. This combination therapy is administered intravenously in clinical trials for advanced ovarian cancer and other gynecologic tumors. All three antibodies are developed by the same company, and the combination aims to provide synergistic effects by releasing distinct brakes on the immune response to tumors.
