Overview

CHARM-Q 10 is a dietary supplement developed and marketed by Charan Laboratories. It is formulated as a soft gelatin capsule containing 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone) and green tea extract. Ubidecarenone is an essential component of the mitochondrial electron transport chain, where it facilitates ATP production and acts as a potent antioxidant. Green Tea Extract provides additional antioxidant support, primarily through epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). The combination is typically used to support cardiovascular health, cellular energy production, and to mitigate oxidative stress.
