Drug intelligence / Profile preview
UBP-3004 (also known as UWC19) is a preclinical-stage chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by UWELL Biopharma. The therapy involves engineering T cells to express a CAR directed against CD19, a cell surface protein widely expressed on B-cell malignancies. By targeting CD19, UBP-3004 is designed to recognize and selectively eliminate malignant B cells. It is currently under development for the treatment of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL).
