Overview

UBX-390 is a preclinical-stage proteolysis-targeting chimera (TPD/PROTAC) developed by Ubix Therapeutics for the treatment of prostate cancer. It is designed to selectively degrade the androgen receptor (AR), a key driver in the progression of prostate cancer, including castration-resistant forms. By utilizing the cell's ubiquitin-proteasome system, UBX-390 aims to overcome resistance mechanisms associated with traditional AR antagonists, such as receptor overexpression or mutations.
