Drug intelligence / Profile preview
UCT-03-008 is an orally bioavailable, small molecule inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4) and cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (CDK6), developed by 1200 Pharma for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. By inhibiting CDK4 and CDK6, key regulators of cell cycle progression from G1 to S phase, the drug aims to block tumor cell proliferation and exert antineoplastic effects. As of early 2025, it is in Phase I clinical trials for patients with advanced or late-stage solid malignancies[1][2][3][4][7].
