**UCTPSMA-PSCA** is an investigational autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy engineered to target both prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) and prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA), two cell surface proteins overexpressed in prostate cancer. It incorporates PD-1 silencing to enhance T cell persistence and antitumor activity by preventing PD-1-mediated immune checkpoint inhibition. Developed by Shanghai Unicar-Therapy, it is administered following lymphodepleting chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide and is being evaluated in a phase 1 dose-escalation trial for safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
