Overview

**UHE-103** is an investigational topical fixed-dose combination cream developed by Therapeutics for dermatophyte infections. It contains an undisclosed antifungal component and an undisclosed keratolytic component, intended to combine direct antifungal activity with reduction of hyperkeratosis that can limit topical drug penetration in moccasin-type tinea pedis. UHE-103 was evaluated in a completed Phase 2 study in moccasin-type tinea pedis and a completed Phase 1 maximal-use safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic study in tinea pedis and tinea cruris. The individual active ingredients and their molecular targets have not been publicly identified.
