**UHE-103A1B** is an investigational topical fixed-dose combination cream developed by Therapeutics for **moccasin-type tinea pedis**. It combines a low-concentration antifungal component designated A1 with a keratolytic component designated B. The antifungal component is intended to eradicate dermatophyte infection, while the keratolytic component is intended to reduce plantar hyperkeratosis and improve treatment access through thickened stratum corneum. UHE-103A1B was evaluated as one arm of a completed Phase 2 randomized trial in moccasin-type tinea pedis.
