It is a fixed-dose combination (FDC) therapy intended for use as a lipid-modifying agent to treat conditions such as dyslipidemia or hypercholesterolemia. As part of Korea United Pharm's pipeline of reformulations, UI124 is designed to improve patient compliance or therapeutic efficacy compared to existing monotherapies. It is currently in the formulation or early planning stages of development, with a projected launch in the early 2030s.
