Overview

UIO-S25 is a preclinical RNA-based therapeutic candidate developed by TransCode Therapeutics. It is designed to simultaneously target the MYC oncogene and various angiogenic pathways. The therapy aims to treat cancers characterized by MYC overexpression and high levels of angiogenesis by inhibiting these key drivers of tumor progression and vascularization. UIO-S25 was added to the TransCode pipeline following the acquisition of Polynoma LLC and utilizes TransCode's delivery platform to address tumors that are specifically driven by these mechanisms.
