Overview

Uliledlimab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets CD73 (ecto-5'-nucleotidase), an enzyme involved in the production of immunosuppressive adenosine within the tumor microenvironment. By inhibiting CD73, uliledlimab reduces adenosine-mediated immunosuppression, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of various cancers, with a focus on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Uliledlimab has demonstrated favorable safety and pharmacokinetic profiles in clinical studies and shows evidence of anti-tumor activity both as monotherapy and in combination with PD-(L)1 inhibitors such as toripalimab or pembrolizumab. The drug is under investigation by I-Mab Biopharma, Shanghai Junshi Biosciences, and TRACON Pharmaceuticals[1][2][4][6][7][10].
