**Ultimaster Tansei** is a sirolimus-eluting coronary stent system designed for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). It features an advanced delivery system with enhanced pushability and kink resistance, specifically developed to improve deliverability in complex coronary lesions. The system includes: * **The Stent Platform**: Features an abluminal gradient bioresorbable polymer coating containing sirolimus. The poly(D,L-lactide-co-caprolactone) copolymer degrades within 3-4 months. The drug coating is applied only to the abluminal side. * **The Delivery Catheter**: A high-pressure, semi-compliant balloon catheter with enhanced pushability (stainless steel core wire), flexible tip for tortuous vessels, stronger hypotube for kink resistance, and a rounded tip for durability and crossability. Sirolimus inhibits T-lymphocyte activation and proliferation by binding to FKBP-12 and inhibiting mTOR, reducing restenosis.
