Ultrix Quadri

Ultrix Quadri is an inactivated, split-virion quadrivalent influenza vaccine developed and manufactured by FORT (part of the Nacimbio holding company of Rostec State Corporation). It provides protection against four current influenza virus strains—two subtypes of type A (A/H1N1 and A/H3N2) and two lineages of type B (B/Yamagata and B/Victoria)—with 15 μg of antigens from each strain per dose, totaling 60 μg. The formulation follows World Health Organization recommendations for antigen content in seasonal flu vaccines. It is free from preservatives, stabilizers, or adjuvants. The vaccine induces humoral immune responses by stimulating antibody production against the included viral antigens. Approved for use across all age groups including children as young as six months and pregnant women, it is used widely in Russia and several other countries for annual influenza prevention[1][2][3][4][5][7][8].
