Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Umbilical cord blood CD19-BCMA CAR-T cells** are an investigational, donor-derived dual-target chimeric antigen receptor T-cell product generated from umbilical cord blood T cells. The engineered cells are designed to recognize **CD19** on B cells and **B-cell maturation antigen** on plasmablasts and plasma cells, enabling CAR-mediated depletion of pathogenic B-cell-lineage compartments. Beijing GoBroad Hospital is evaluating this treatment in a single-center Phase 1/2 study for refractory lupus nephritis, systemic sclerosis, and primary Sjogren syndrome with pulmonary hypertension.
