Unazin Cold

Unazin Cold is a multi-ingredient combination medication marketed by Fawn Incor for the symptomatic relief of the common cold, influenza, and associated upper respiratory tract symptoms. It is available in two primary formulations: an oral suspension and an oral tablet. The suspension formulation (Unazin Cold Suspension) is composed of paracetamol (acetaminophen) for pain and fever relief, phenylephrine hydrochloride as a nasal decongestant, chlorpheniramine maleate as an antihistamine to reduce allergic symptoms, sodium citrate as a mucolytic/expectorant, and menthol for its soothing local anesthetic properties. The tablet formulation contains paracetamol, phenylephrine, diphenhydramine, and caffeine. Together, these components work synergistically to alleviate nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, headache, and fever.
