Drug intelligence / Profile preview
UNDISCLOSED-1 is a discovery-stage therapeutic program being developed by Macomics to treat Castrate-Resistant Prostate Cancer (CRPC). The program specifically targets Myeloid-Derived Suppressor Cells (MSDCs), which are immature myeloid cells that accumulate in the tumor microenvironment and play a critical role in suppressing anti-tumor immune responses. Beyond immune evasion, MSDCs are known to provide direct survival signals to prostate cancer cells, facilitating tumor progression and resistance to standard therapies. Macomics utilizes its proprietary macrophage biology platform to identify and modulate these cells. The program is modality-agnostic, with the potential to be developed as either a monoclonal antibody or a small molecule, aiming to disrupt the tumor-supporting functions of MSDCs in advanced prostate cancer.
