Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Undisclosed NASH molecule 1 is a microRNA oligonucleotide therapeutic candidate under development by Mirscience Tx. It is specifically designed to address the inflammatory hallmark of Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH). Utilizing the company's proprietary Mir-Discovery platform, the molecule aims to modulate microRNA-regulated pathways that contribute to liver inflammation. The program is currently in the preclinical Proof of Concept stage and represents one of four distinct NASH-targeted assets in the Mirscience Tx pipeline, each focusing on a different pathological driver of the disease (inflammation, fibrosis, lipid metabolism, and oxidative stress).
