Undisclosed Target 1 KSPi ADC is a preclinical antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Vincerx Pharma for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapeutic consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting an undisclosed cell-surface antigen, conjugated to a kinesin spindle protein (KSP) inhibitor payload. KSP (also known as KIF11 or Eg5) is a motor protein essential for the formation of the bipolar spindle during mitosis; its inhibition leads to mitotic arrest and subsequent apoptosis in rapidly dividing cancer cells.
